I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying the breathtaking views of Sanibel to the east and the mangroves and tributaries to the west. The resort ambiance added to the charm of the place. However, there were minor issues with service that could be improved upon.
The hotel had its highs and lows. While the rooms were small, the views over the sea and the romantic yacht were breathtaking. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond. The location was fantastic, right by the water. The dining experience was good, with various options available. Facilities were well-equipped.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms in the Captiva tower had a damp smell that lingered throughout my visit, hinting at the need for a deep cleaning. However, the room itself was simple and comfortable, providing a great view befitting a high-end resort.
